RETURNS
Items purchased on silentbeaute.com may be returned within 7 days of the receiving date. All garments/accessories must be returned in it's original unworn condition. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, providing tracking and insurance confirmations. Items that has been altered or customized are not returnable.
Once your package reaches the return address, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet our listed conditions, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail & your refund will be issued within 1 business day.
